Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in Illinois.
• Certification by the NCCPA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Engage with the community through outreach to improve access to care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and support quality improvement.
• Promote equity and culturally responsive care.
