Job summary

Vitora Healthcare is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide on-site care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across the Albuquerque, NM market. This physician-led, multi-specialty medical group is built around provider autonomy, flexibility, and a sustainable career, with a full-time role open (PT also considered).

You'll round daily, diagnose and manage conditions, work with interdisciplinary teams, and chart smarter with AI-integrated EHR.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible NM PA license required.
• DEA and national certification required.
• SNF experience is a plus, but not required; we welcome new grads.

Responsibilities

• Round on patients daily and provide continuity of care.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
• Document with AI-enabled EHR to improve speed.
