Job summary

Vitora Healthcare is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide on-site care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across the Portland, OR market. This full-time role welcomes new grads and offers a structured mentorship with executive support, no nights or on-call, and a focus on autonomy and sustainable careers.

You’ll round daily with interdisciplinary teams, diagnose and manage a broad range of conditions, and leverage AI-enhanced EHR for efficient charting to support excellent

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Oregon PA license.
• DEA and national certification (or ability to obtain).
• SNF experience is a plus, but not required — we love developing new grads.
