Qualifications

• BLS certification required; ACLS or equivalent within one month of employment.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical risk.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clinical experience treating addiction in inpatient or residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat Wellbridge patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Drive innovation through technology, research and staff education.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of addiction care treatments and practices.
• Support translational medicine and innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with the research team to measure care outcomes.
• Participate in routine clinical team meetings.
• Coordinate services with advocacy, residential, and legal teams.
