Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a California Primary Care practice in an outpatient setting. The PA will provide comprehensive patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited PA program, holds or is eligible for a CA license, and possesses NCCPA certification, with experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible California license.
• NCCPA certification.
• Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams and routine follow-up visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Provide preventive care and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team.

Education

Compensation

$145,000-$190,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.
