Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant for an outpatient clinic in York, PA. The candidate will provide primary medical care under established protocols and collaborate with clinicians.

This role offers a competitive base salary with monthly and quarterly bonus incentives, plus a clinician bonus of up to $10,000. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduated from an accredited PA program.
• Board certification in PA.
• Occupational Medicine or urgent care experience preferred.
• FMCSA NRCME DOT certification active or willingness to obtain during credentialing.
• DEA license required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Examine patient and compile medical data from examination.
• Order or administer diagnostic tests (x-ray, ECG, labs).
• Interpret test results for deviations from normal.
• Perform procedures (injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care).
• Instruct patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Develop patient management plans and document progress.

Subject to the medical protocols established by Association and the Chief Medical Officer of Concentra and in cooperation with other clinicians assigned to a center Clinician shall provide primary medical direction and coordination of professional medical care within the occupational health program.

Responsibilities

• Examines patient, compiles patient medical data and results of examination.
• Administers or orders diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests.
• Compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination.
• Interprets diagnostic test results for deviations from normal.
• Performs therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care, and managing infection.
• Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and health maintenance.
• Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care.
• Provides excellent customer service to all patients, clients and peers while incorporating Orange Book values.
• Dedicated to exceeding customer and patient expectations as measured by NPER/NPS/TATs.
• Ensures accuracy when completing and executing tasks and performing quality assurance checks.
• Ensures accurate, concise, timely and complete documentation of results and paperwork.
• Provides an excellent, compassionate and warm patient experience regardless of patient volume.
