Job summary

Removery is seeking a Physician Assistant to become the go-to laser expert in the studio. You will administer safe laser treatments and educate clients on the removal process while supporting various laser and operational activities.

• Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, treatment guidelines, and client records.
• Establish trust with clients through excellent service and clear expectations.
• Maintain accountability and collaborate with studio team to meet KPIs and foster a positive culture.
• Perform light cleaning and admin tasks to ensure smooth operations and client experience.
• Maintain up-to-date licensing credentials and complete company learning requirements.

Position Overview

As a Physician Assistant you are the to the go-to laser expert in this studio. Your responsibilities include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing various laser and operational activities. We are seeking a professional who can handle routine tasks with ease and takes the utmost satisfaction in providing exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.
• Ensure compliance with Removery standards for safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client information and records.
• Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.
• Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks, as needed, to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience.
• Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials.

Position Specifics

Pay: $60-62/hr + commission

Location: 4612 Van Buren Street, Riverdale, MD 20737

Status: Full-time

Schedule

• Tuesday:10:30am-7:00pm
• Wednesday:09:00 am – 06:00 pm
• Thursday:09:00 am – 06:00 pm
• Friday:08:30 am – 05:00 pm
• Saturday:08:30 am – 03:00 pm

Position Requirements

• Active, unencumbered NP or PA license
• Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed.
• Effective and client centric communication style.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Out of state travel for training may be required
• Must be able to sit for hour long increments.
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively.
• High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
• Be able to visually assess the client’s skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
• Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements.
