Job summary

Removery is the global leader in laser tattoo removal with studios across the US. As a Laser Associate/Physician Assistant, you will deliver safe laser procedures, educate clients on the removal process, and help manage studio operations to ensure excellent customer experiences.

This role emphasizes high standards of care, ongoing training, and collaboration with a diverse team to empower clients on their tattoo removal journeys.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered NP or PA license is required.

• Willingness to travel out of state for training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.
• Ensure compliance with safety, treatment guidelines, and accurate client records.
• Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication of outcomes.
• Maintain accountability by collaborating with the studio team to hit KPIs and foster a positive culture.
• Perform light cleaning and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth studio operations.
• Comply with learning and development requirements and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials.

Position Overview

As a Physician Assistant you are the to the go-to laser expert in this studio. Your responsibilities include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing various laser and operational activities. We are seeking a professional who can handle routine tasks with ease and takes the utmost satisfaction in providing exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.
• Ensure compliance with Removery standards for safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client information and records.
• Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.
• Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks, as needed, to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience.
• Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials.

Position Specifics

Pay: $60-62/hr + commission

Location: 4612 Van Buren Street, Riverdale, MD 20737

Status: Full-time

• Tuesday:10:30am-7:00pm
• Wednesday:09:00 am – 06:00 pm
• Thursday:09:00 am – 06:00 pm
• Friday:08:30 am – 05:00 pm
• Saturday:08:30 am – 03:00 pm

Position Requirements

• Active, unencumbered NP or PA license
• Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed.
• Effective and client centric communication style.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Out of state travel for training may be required
• Must be able to sit for hour long increments.
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively.
• High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
• Be able to visually assess the client’s skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
• Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements.
