Job summary

ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team in Portland, OR. You will work a 34‑hour average week with full‑time benefits and no on‑call requirements, gaining exposure across multiple clinics.

We offer a competitive base of $135,000–$150,000 with total earning potential over $200,000 plus performance bonuses, relocation assistance, sign‑on bonus, and a 4% employer match 401(k).

• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
• Must demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of offer.

Total earning potential of $200,000+, including a competitive base salary of $135,000–$150,000 with additional compensation through our performance-based bonus model, 401k match, sign on bonus, relocation assistance and shift differentials for eligible roles.

COMPENSATION:

• Total earning potential of $200,000+
• Base Salary $135,000 - $150,000; depending on experience and based on 34 hours worked per week
• Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives, and ability to pick up additional shifts

SCHEDULE AND TRAINING

• Work 34 hours average per week, receiving full time benefits.
• Unmatched work life balance with no admin days and no on call time.
• Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients.
• Clinic positions require a two-week training period, during which you will travel to various clinics in the area. Your schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule.
• Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures.
• Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
• Provide evidence-based medical care.
• Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post‑graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Standing for long periods of time
• Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
• Must wear a mask as needed.
• Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
