Job description

Compensation

• Total earning potential of $200,000+
• Base Salary $135,000 – $150,000; based on experience and 34 hours worked per week
• Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives, and ability to pick up additional shifts

Schedule and Training

• Work 34 hours average per week, receiving full-time benefits

• Scheduled appointments – no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients
• Clinic positions require a two‑week training period, during which you will travel to various clinics in the area; schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule
• Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training outside of your scheduled shift

Essential Functions

• Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures
• Practice in state‑of‑the‑art neighborhood clinics with a well‑organized practice model
• Provide evidence‑based medical care
• Practice confidently with on‑demand access to a Physician

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
• Must have at least 1–2 years of experience post‑graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care
• Experience seeing patients of all ages
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer

Working Conditions

• Standing for long periods of time
• Fit tested for an N‑95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator
• Must wear a mask as needed
• Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job
• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs
