Job summary

SpineSearch LLC in the Tri-State Area is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant with surgical/OR experience to support a growing OB/GYN practice specializing in endometriosis, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and complex women's health.

The role covers assist with laparoscopic and robotic surgeries, pre- and post-operative care, office and telehealth visits, review of labs and imaging, prescription management, rounds, discharge support, and ongoing patient communication, with travel

Qualifications

• Surgical/OR experience preferred for complex gynecologic cases.
• Robotic surgery experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in gynecology, endometriosis, or minimally invasive surgery preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills are essential.
• Able to work collaboratively and independently.

SpineSearch is working with a growing boutique OB/GYN practice specializing in endometriosis, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and complex women’s health and is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laparoscopic, robotic, and complex gynecologic surgeries
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient care
• Conduct office and telehealth visits
• Review labs/imaging and manage prescriptions
• Round on patients and assist with discharge
• Provide ongoing patient communication and follow-up
• Work closely with physicians to provide continuity of care

• Experience in gynecology, endometriosis, or minimally invasive surgery preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively and independently
• Exceptional new graduates with significant surgical exposure may be considered

Schedule

Monday–Friday with a combination of OR, clinic, telehealth, and administrative responsibilities.

Locations for either OR/clinic:

Tri-State Area, including Manhattan, Westchester, NJ, and CT. Travel between locations required.
