Job summary

ReNew Wound Care is seeking a Physician Assistant to lead advanced wound care across multi-site facilities. You will assess wounds, design evidence-based plans, and apply techniques like debridement and dressings, while coordinating care with facility teams.

Travel weekly to partner sites is required. The role offers a strong base salary with RVU bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and CME opportunities to advance your wound care expertise.

Qualifications

• Valid Physician Assistant license (state-specific).
• Board Certification.
• 1+ years of experience in advanced wound care highly preferred.
• Wound care certification (CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel consistently.

Responsibilities

• Advanced wound care and patient assessment.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control.
• Collaborate with facility teams to coordinate care plans and updates.

What You'll Do

• Advanced Wound Care & Patient Assessment
• Conduct thorough assessments of chronic and acute wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control.
• Collaborative Clinical Leadership
• Partner with facility healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and treatment updates.
• Ensure continuity of care through consistent communication and collaboration.
• Multi-Facility Travel & Scheduling
• Manage a travel schedule visiting multiple facilities weekly.
• Ensure timely and efficient care delivery with professionalism and compassion.

What We're Looking For
