Job summary

Everyday Urgent Care Llc is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the team. You will examine patients, collect medical history, and form tentative diagnoses for a range of issues. You will also read diagnostic tests, interpret results, and explain findings to patients while prescribing therapy or medications with physician approval.

Strong bedside manner and charting experience are essential. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, demonstrates interpersonal skills, and collaborates

Qualifications

• Valid state licensing required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with medical terminology, charting, and diagnostic tests.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• CDS/DEA required.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Examine each patient, take a detailed medical history, and chart everything medically important in their records.
• Read test results, interpret data appropriately, and make diagnostic suggestions based on those results.
• Explain to the patient test results and expected health outcomes.
• Prescribe medication or therapy with a physician overseeing as part of a larger health plan.
• Work closely with MAs, other Physician Assistants, and Physician to formulate a full, comprehensive treatment plan.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team! As a Physician Assistant, you will be examining patients, collecting patient medical history, and making tentative diagnoses on minor and major issues. You will also be reading diagnostic tests and reports, interpreting data, taking the time with each patient to explain their test results and medical diagnoses, and prescribing therapy or medication with a physician's approval. The ideal candidate has an excellent bedside manner, experience charting in a medical environment, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
