Job summary

Jefferson Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the Physicians Health Group Clinics. The PA will examine, diagnose, and manage patient care under a physician's direction, developing individualized treatment plans and prescribing medications.

The ideal candidate holds an ARC-PA accredited Master’s degree, current PANCE certification, Georgia PA license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Job Description:

We’re seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team at Jefferson Hospital.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• The Physicians’ Health Group Physician Assistant is responsible for examining and diagnosing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, and managing patient care under the direction of a licensed physician.

Position Requirements:

• Master’s Degree from an Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) accredited program.
• Certification by the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE).
• Current Physician Assistant License in the State of Georgia.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS Certifications.
