Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a PRN Physician Assistant in Live Oak, FL to support urgent care and other clinics in the region. The role welcomes new grads and those who want to stay sharp across multiple settings.

Responsibilities cover urgent and primary care, minor procedures, suturing, dermatology and GYN care, plus EKG interpretation and radiology over-read. Flexible scheduling and fast-paced teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

• General orthopedic evaluations and management.

• Emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting.

At MainStreet Family Care, we’re growing fast and looking for fast, fun, and friendly PRN Physician Assistants (PAs) to work across multiple clinics in your region. Our providers help patients feel better FAST! Boom!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is flexible working with different teams and clinics. New grads are encouraged to apply — haven’t taken boards yet? That’s okay too!

Responsibilities:

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals
• Suturing and splinting

Schedule:

• Shifts determined approximately two months in advance

MainStreet Clinic Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

KidsStreet Clinic Hours (select locations only):

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, float coverage, etc.

Qualifications:

• Physician Assistant certification required prior to start date
• Master’s degree or higher required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
