Job summary

Primmed Pain Specialists in Nevada seeks a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or experienced APRN to join our pain management team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to improve function and quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds a doctoral-level PA credential or advanced APRN license, is licensed in Nevada, and has experience with EMR systems and prescribing under state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physician Assistant Studies or advanced APRN credentials required.
• Current Nevada license and DEA with prescribing privileges.
• Extensive pain management experience and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Perform medically appropriate procedures
• Educate patients on treatment options and long‑term care strategies
• Ensure timely and accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences and outcomes
