Job summary

Nexus HR seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform H&P exams for government personnel. This role features extended 60-minute appointments, no chronic disease management, and no follow-ups, with the freedom to schedule around your availability. Locations include Fort Dodge, IA (and nearby areas).

Make your own schedule, with a minimum of 12 hours per month. Candidates must hold an unrestricted NP/PA license and board certification; prior family/primary or urgent care experience

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (P.A.) looking to make a meaningful contribution to the healthcare of government personnel. We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to perform H & P exams on military personnel

while focusing on accurate documentation. Extended 60-minute appointments allow for comprehensive chart review & physical examinations. No acute or chronic disease management is required, which means no ordering of labs, medications, or diagnostics.
