while focusing on accurate documentation. Extended 60-minute appointments allow for comprehensive chart review & physical examinations. No acute or chronic disease management is required, which means no ordering of labs, medications, or diagnostics.

Perform comprehensive history and physical exams with a focus on maintaining health and readiness for government personnel
Document patient assessments, findings, and recommendations accurately and promptly.

Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Providers with access to their own exam room are preferred
Current unrestricted and board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in conducting history and physical exams.
Prior experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care is highly desirable but not required.
