Job summary

Aligned Orthopedics, in partnership with OrthoBethesda & Shady Grove Orthopedics, is hiring an Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily OR-based, with responsibilities across our hospital locations in Bethesda, Rockville, and nearby surgery centers.

The ideal candidate has orthopedic PA experience, is detail-oriented, and can practice independently. Training with an experienced PA and surgeons will be provided for the first 1–2 months, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PA program and successful completion of the national certification exam.
• Prior orthopedic PA experience strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable practicing independently.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Maryland and Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons in the operating room and clinic.
• Participate in inpatient rounding at affiliated hospitals.
• Function as an independent provider with strong clinical judgment.

Starting pay with no experience: $110,000 with signing bonus

Starting pay with experience: $120,000 & up with signing bonus
