Job summary

Mountain Family Health Centers in Colorado is seeking a PRN Medical Doctor or Advanced Practice Provider to join a mission‑driven team. The role offers an hourly pay range of $67-$145, DOQ and licensure requirements, and is an as‑needed position with no benefits accrual.

The practice delivers equitable, affordable medical, behavioral, and dental care to the community. You will provide acute, chronic, and preventive care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a mountain setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved medical school with residency training and Board-eligible or Board-certified.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies with current Colorado APRN or PA license.
• National board certification.
• Minimum three (3) years in a family practice setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional medical care as a physician in a PRN capacity.
• Deliver acute, chronic, and preventive medical care.
• Collaborate with behavioral and dental teams to support integrated care.

General Purpose:

This position will perform professional medical activities as a physician, providing acute, chronic, and preventative medical care. This is a PRN position on an as-needed basis.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved medical school with satisfactory completion of a post-graduate training program and is Board-Eligible or Board-Certified by the American Board of physician’s specialty; or,
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies with current Colorado APRN or PA license
• National board certification
• Minimum three (3) years in a family practice setting preferred.
