Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide patient-focused care across our East Alabama and West Georgia clinics. You will support urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine in a fast-paced environment with multi-site collaboration.

The ideal candidate will hold PA board certification, with MSN or higher, and strong communication skills. Experience with EMR and MS Office is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant Board Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor surgeries and suturing.
• Suturing and splinting as needed.
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management.
• Review of radiographs (over-read by Radiologist).
• General Dermatology and eye care.
• EKG interpretations and emergency management.
• General GYN expertise and care for children of all ages.
• Occupational medicine responsibilities and telemedicine.

Floating Physician Assistant – East Alabama, West Georgia Region

MainStreet Family Care is growing and we're looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Physician Assistant to work in multiple clinics in your area! You will provide patient-focused care to help our patients feel better FAST! Boom! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be flexible working with teams in different clinics and providing leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)


• Suturing


• Splinting


• General Orthopedic evaluations/management


• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)


• General Dermatology


• General eye problems


• General EKG interpretations


• Emergency management skills


• General GYN expertise


• Treating children of all ages


• Occupational medicine


• Telemedicine

Schedule:

• Shifts determined two months in advance
