Job summary

MainStreet Family Care seeks a fast, friendly Physician Assistant to provide patient-focused care across multiple clinics in Northeast Florida. The role spans urgent care, telemedicine, occupational medicine, and primary care, with leadership in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities include minor surgeries, suturing, splinting, orthopedic evaluations, x-ray reviews, dermatology and eye care, EKG interpretations, and care of patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• PA board certification required.
• MSN or higher degree required/preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using EMR and MS Office preferred.

• Minor surgeries (toenail removal, foreign object removal).
• Suturing and splinting.
• General orthopedic evaluations and management.
• Review of radiographs (over-read by radiologist).
• General dermatology and eye problem management.
• General EKG interpretations.
• Emergency management skills.

• Treating children of all ages.
• Occupational medicine.
• Telemedicine.

Floating Physician Assistant – Northeast Florida Region - $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS!

MainStreet Family Care is growing and we're looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Physician Assistant to work in multiple clinics in your area! You will provide patient-focusedcare to help our patients feel better FAST! Boom! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be flexible working with teams in different clinics and providing leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)


• Suturing


• Splinting


• General Orthopedic evaluations/management


• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)


• General Dermatology


• General eye problems


• General EKG interpretations


• Emergency management skills

Schedule:

• Shifts determined two months in advance

Qualifications:

• Physician Assistant Board Certification required


• MSN, or higher education required
