We are looking for a BE/BC Anesthesiologist in Tracy, CA. Gould Medical Group is a growing, 525+ clinician multi‑specialty group located about two hours east of San Francisco, California.

Position Details

• All physician Anesthesia department (no CRNA’s)
• Salary: $628,937
• Sign‑on bonus
• Shift based position, not production based
• Opportunities for extra shifts and compensation
• 196 total base shifts per year
• Broad case mix: Ortho (incl. total joint replacements and spine), General Surgery (incl. robotic and bariatric), GYN (incl. robotic hysterectomies), Urology (incl. robotic prostatectomies and robotic nephrectomies), Gastroenterology, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics, and Pain Management. Light OB service (~400 deliveries per year)
• Mostly adults, occasional healthy pediatrics
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, collaborative, service‑oriented working environment committed to high quality care
• Equitable distribution of weekdays, weekends, and holiday calls
• Collegial, skilled group of surgeons
• Department members: 30+
• Primary location: Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, 77‑bed acute care hospital
