2. Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology
3. One-year fellowship in cardiac anesthesiology and proficiency with advanced echocardiography (Note: Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is not performed at the Buffalo VAMC at this time).
4. ACLS and BLS certification
