2. Schedule: Weekdays, Days, No call
3. Shifts: Need 1 - 3 shifts per week
4. Preferences: Local candidates preferred, Ortho, plastic, GI, pain, spine, blocks preferred
5. Credentials: Credentialing needed, DEA needed
