Locums Job in Indiana

Dates of Assignment: September and ongoing, 3 weeks on, 1 week off

Location: Two sites in Indiana

Details of Assignment:

1. Board Certified Anesthesiologist
2. Indiana license required
3. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm
4. Call hours: 3:30pm-7am (mix of OR and OB cases; sites include OR call only)
5. MDs onsite with little to no supervision
6. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
7. Case Mix includes: General, Endo, Peds, OBGYN, Uro, Trauma, ENT, Gyn, Ortho
8. Proficiency required in spinals, epidurals, and blocks with case logs to verify experience
9. EMR: EPIC
