A community-based hospital in Sterling, IL is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join their team, providing a comfortable work-life balance in a family-oriented community of 26,000 residents. The successful candidate will handle primarily bread and butter cases with no neuro or open-heart cases, benefiting from a lucrative compensation package and ample vacation time. The organization currently employs about 68 physicians in 35 areas of medicine. The CRNAs take first call, and the Anesthesiologists take second call. The call rotation for backup call will be 1:2.
