Anesthesiologist Duluth, MN

Practice Specifcs

Approximately 2,200 cases per month includes General, Trauma, Ortho, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Peds, and Regional. The well‑established group of 22 anesthesiologists follows a medically directed care model working with CRNAs. The practice sites are:

• St. Mary’s Medical Center, 344‑bed tertiary hospital – LevelI Trauma Center, high acuity – new facility opened July2023
• Essentia Health Surgery Center‑Miller Hill – 4 ORs
• St. Mary’s Hospital Superior, WI; 2 ORs and 2 Endo Suites (approximately 90% outpatient surgery)
• Essentia Health‑Duluth, 165‑beds, 11 ORs (approximately80% outpatient cases)
• Outpatient Endoscopy Center – busy surgical schedule that includes all but transplants and pediatric hearts
• Top100 Interventional Cardiac Program
• Top100 Health Grades Joint Replacement Program
• Certified as HIMSS EMRAM (Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model) Level7 for both our inpatient and ambulatory facilities

Compensation

$476,160 (for a .8FTE). Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production‑based compensation.
