Details/Requirements:

1. Multiple shift options available: Day shift 7am-5pm, night and weekend shifts with beeper and in-house call options.
2. Call needed about twice per week for nights.
3. Case mix includes general bread and butter cases; OB not required currently but may be in the future.
4. Solo cases with Level II Trauma designation.
5. Required certifications: ACLS/BLS.
6. Credentialing timeline: 30 days.
