CompHealth is assisting an Arizona hospital-based, single-specialty group in their search for an anesthesiologist to meet high community demand. The position offers flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time roles. The call rotation is approximately 1:8 for major calls, with the day after call off (about 26/year) and backup calls. The group comprises experienced anesthesiologists, and candidates must be board certified or eligible. An AZ license is required; assistance can be provided to obtain one. Residents and fellows are encouraged to apply.

This partnership-track position is with a reputable, established private group. Full-time physicians earn an average total compensation of $553k, ranging from $500k to $625k, depending on call volume and types. Benefits include malpractice insurance, comprehensive medical, dental, life, disability, and long-term care insurances, eight weeks of vacation in the first year, ten weeks thereafter, and a strong retirement plan. There is a fast track to partnership—12 months to financial equality and 18 months to full stockholder status.
