This position is with a large, well-established private group in Arizona, offering a partnership-track opportunity. The average full-time compensation is $553k, with a range of $500k - $625k, depending on call volume. The schedule offers flexibility with part-time and full-time options, a call rotation of approximately 1:8, and about 26 major calls per year, with the day after call off. You will work alongside other anesthesiologists in a supportive environment.

Requirements include being board certified or eligible, and possessing or obtaining an AZ license (assistance provided). We welcome residents and fellows to apply.
