The Role:

• Location: Eureka, CA 95501
• Assignment duration: 1/1/2027 - Ongoing
• Shift Type: Variable (8-12 hours).
• Provider minimum shifts required: 5-7 shifts per month.
• Call Details: Weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend beeper call.
• Cases: Adult, Pediatric, Obstetrical, Neurosurgical (head & spine), Regional anesthesia, Thoracic (non-open heart), Complex vascular, Complex orthopedic.
• Support Staff: RNs, NP/PAs, MAs, & Office Staff
• Requirements: Active CA License, Board Certified
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
