CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Mt. Pleasant, TX seeks BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join a faith‑based, physician‑led multispecialty group committed to high‑quality patient care and work‑life balance.

This full‑time W2 role supports a 1:4 care model and covers Ortho, General Surgery, GI, OB, Pedi Dental, GYN and Neuro Spine across 5 ORs, with Epic EMR and AI‑assisted documentation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Texas medical license or eligibility required.
• Full-time W2 position available.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for Ortho, General Surgery, GI, OB, Pedi Dental, GYN, and Neuro Spine.
• Collaborate within a 1:4 care team model to ensure safe, efficient perioperative care.
• Utilize Epic EMR and AI-assisted workflows to enhance documentation and patient care.

• Schedule:Care team model (1:4) with solo opportunities
• Patient Volume: Cover Ortho, General Surgery, GI, OB, Pedi Dental, GYN, Neuro Spine
• No Hearts: Bread & Butter Cases
• Facility: 5 ORs, 2 L&D, 2 GI, Cath lab & Cystoscopy Room
• Technology:AI-integrated services streamline documentation to enhance patient care
• EMR:Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings
