CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Mt. Vernon, TX is seeking a board-certified/eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our mission-driven, faith-based team.

This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and an average patient panel of 18–20 per day in a modern clinic with Epic EMR. • NP or PA with Texas license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in a physician-led, multidisciplinary team.
• Document encounters in Epic EMR with accuracy.
• Manage patient panels and coordinate care.
• Participate in on-site lab and imaging workflows.
