Job summary

Colorado Permanente Medical Group in Lafayette (near Boulder) seeks board-eligible or board-certified Adult Allergists to join a tight-knit team of 3 MDs and 3 PAs. You will collaborate with ENT, Pulmonary, GI and Dermatology, with dedicated nursing staff and access to a well-funded Institute of Health Research.

Our in-house infusion center provides IVIG; the EPIC EMR and AI tools streamline care, while opportunities exist for inpatient procedures and desensitization with hospitalist support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Allergy/Immunology.
• Ability to collaborate with ENT, Pulmonary, GI and Dermatology.

Responsibilities

• See basic to complex allergic conditions for patients of all ages.
• Perform procedures for food and drug challenges.
• In-house IVIG/infusion center access.
• Collaborate with hospitalist for inpatient procedures/desensitization.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and AI tools to aid care.

Job description

Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking board eligible or board-certified Adult Allergists at our Kaiser Rock Creek Medical Office in beautiful Lafayette near Boulder, Colorado.

Join a tight knit allergy department of 3 MDs and 3 dedicated PAs with nursing staff for excellent support. You will have the ability to easily collaborate with ENT, Pulmonary, GI and Dermatology for allergy related diseases. The department support staff consists of a PA, LPNs & RNs. There are opportunities to work with our well-funded, well-staffed Institute of Health Research affiliated with KPCO.

Our Allergist see basic allergic conditions to complex conditions of all ages with the opportunity to do procedures for food and drug challenges. IVIG is done in-house at the infusion center. You will have access to the hospitalist service to help admit patients for inpatient procedures/desensitization.

Our EMR (EPIC) allows you to see all records of patient care easily, interact with other specialties with a simple email as well as "see" patient adherence with medications. We also utilize AI technology with Abridge that makes your job even easier.
