Receptive is seeking an Indiana-licensed physician to join our ADHD telehealth network. This contract role focuses on diagnosis and medication management for adults, with a flexible hourly pay model and fully remote setup across the US.

You will provide evidence-based care, develop individualized treatment plans, maintain compliant records, and collaborate with our team. Indiana license and DEA are required, along with malpractice insurance and US residency.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (18+).
• Experience prescribing medication via telehealth.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for Indiana licensed Physicians to join our provider network. You can focus on providing clinical expertise while we take care of everything else. Indiana license and DEA required.

What Will You Do?

• Provide holistic mental healthcare to your patients including diagnostic and medication management.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to your patient's needs and follow the best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with our team of mental health professionals to ensure that your patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records following legal and ethical standards.
• Help shape our treatment philosophy and contribute to developing clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted license in Indiana (required).
• Active Indiana DEA license (required).
• Currently carry (or be willing to obtain) independent malpractice liability insurance.
• Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (ages 18+).
• Experience prescribing medication, preferably on a telehealth platform.
• A private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
• Excellent written communication.
• Reliable Internet connection.
• Currently residing in the US.

• Diagnosis + Medication Management (45 minutes): $112.50-$150
• Medication Management (30 minutes): $75.00-$100
• Medication Management Follow-Up (15 minutes): $37.50-$50
