Job summary

Receptive, Inc. is seeking board-certified physicians licensed in Wisconsin to diagnose and treat adult ADHD via our telehealth network. The role centers on clinical care, with all client acquisition, billing and operations handled by the platform.

Wisconsin license required; Wisconsin DEA preferred. This contract-based opportunity offers flexible scheduling and fully remote work across the United States.

Qualifications

• Malpractice liability insurance required or willing to obtain.
• Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (18+).

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for Wisconsin licensed Physicians to join our provider network. You can focus on providing clinical expertise while we take care of everything else. Wisconsin license required, Wisconsin DEA preferred.

Who Should Apply?

• Physicians who are experienced in prescribing stimulant and non stimulant medication when necessary and following federal and state laws.

What Will You Do?

• Provide holistic mental healthcare to your patients including diagnostic and medication management.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to your patient's needs and follow the best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with our team of mental health professionals to ensure that your patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records following legal and ethical standards.
• Help shape our treatment philosophy and contribute to developing clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted license in Wisconsin (required).
• Active Wisconsin DEA license preferred. Stimulants can be provided in certain states where a DEA is required.
• Currently carry (or be willing to obtain) independent malpractice liability insurance.
• Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (ages 18+).
• Experience prescribing medication, preferably on a telehealth platform.
• A private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
• Excellent written communication.
• Reliable Internet connection.
• Currently residing in the US.

Hourly Pay:

$150-$200

• Diagnosis + Medication Management (45 minutes): $112.50-$150
• Medication Management (30 minutes): $75.00-$100
• Medication Management Follow‑Up (15 minutes): $37.50-$50
