Albert Einstein Medical College Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a qualified anesthesiologist for a permanent position. The role involves:

1. Clinical Care: Deliver safe, complete, and comprehensive anesthetic care; provide compassionate and respectful patient care; communicate clearly using layman terms; discuss treatment options, risks, and benefits; share clinical information with the healthcare team; adhere to ASA guidelines; participate in quality assurance and case discussions; maintain board certification; attend workshops; stay current with trends and techniques.
2. Resident Education: Participate in lectures, teaching, and mentoring residents; guide research projects; orient new residents; provide feedback; evaluate residency program; ensure compliance with ACGME requirements.
3. Medical Student Education: Conduct didactic and clinical teaching; assist students with research; guide career choices.
