Job Summary:
Physician Anesthesiologists evaluate, monitor, and supervise patient care before, during, and after surgery. They deliver anesthesia, lead the Anesthesia Care Team (MD/CRNA model), and ensure optimal patient safety in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery setting. These specialists focus on anesthesia care, pain management, and critical care medicine.

Kelsey-Seybold Anesthesiologists treat children, adolescents, and adults across multiple locations in Houston. Procedures include general, orthopedic, endoscopy, plastics/reconstructive, ophthalmology, urology, gynecology, ENT, interventional radiology, sedation for pain procedures, and about 5% pediatric cases involving simple ENT procedures like PE tubes, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, strabismus, and simple orthopedics. Candidates should be comfortable with ASA 1 to 3 patients. The role offers no call, weekends, or holiday work, with an attractive salary and benefits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience as an Anesthesiologist in an acute hospital setting.
Education:
Graduate of an approved training program in the United States.
License and Certification:
Licensed in Texas.
Current American Board of Anesthesiology certification.
ACLS and PALS certifications.
