Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Rhinebeck is seeking physicians to lead wound care initiatives within Skilled Nursing Facilities across the Hudson Valley. You will enjoy clinical autonomy and a schedule built around your life, with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties.

Average earnings range from $250,000–$300,000 with top performers earning $400,000+ through bonuses; pay is per-patient and per-procedure with quarterly bonuses. Comprehensive training including 36 hours of CME is provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Clear or unrestricted New York medical license or eligibility.
• DEA license or eligibility.
• Completed accredited residency program.
• Open background; surgeons, family medicine, and internal medicine welcomed; wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead wound care initiatives within skilled nursing facilities in Rhinebeck and surrounding Dutchess County/Hudson Valley communities.
• Provide clinical care including wound debridement and advanced dressings.
• Collaborate with post-acute care teams and maintain autonomy.
• Participate in CME and training programs provided by the company.

Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Clear/Unrestricted New York Medical License: (Or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA License(or eligibility to obtain one)
• Completed Residency: Must have successfully completed an accredited residency program
• Open Background: We welcome Surgeons of all backgrounds, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine physicians. No previous wound care experience is required; we provide comprehensive specialty training.
