Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a mobile wound care physician (MD or DO) to work as an independent contractor in nursing facilities across Louisiana. You will make clinical decisions, oversee patient outcomes, and enjoy autonomy with flexible scheduling.

As a 1099 provider, you’ll handle patient care with SWC handling contracts and billing. Full-time physicians earn an average starting pay of $220,000 - $250,000 annually, with potential to earn up to $300,000+ through bonuses and additional

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Active, clear, and unrestricted Texas medical license.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license.
• Note: You do not need to have completed a full residency program and do not need to be Board Certified/Eligible to thrive in this role.
