Revere Staffing Partners seeks a compassionate and experienced Primary Care physician for an outpatient clinic in San Jose, CA. This full-time role offers a base pay range of 268,000 to 300,000 USD per year, depending on years of licensure and credentials, with a typical 32 to 40 hour workweek.

As part of a Federally Qualified Health Center, you will provide patient-centered care across all ages (no obstetrics), collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage chronic diseases, and participate

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty.
• Minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to manage a full-time patient panel (~1,500 patients).
• English proficiency required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered outpatient primary care for all ages (no obstetrics).
• Conduct physical exams, interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including behavioral health.
• Manage chronic disease through education and self-care support.
• Coordinate specialty and inpatient referrals; complete forms.
• Participate in quality improvement, peer reviews, and clinical audits.
• Participate rotating on-call duties for afterhours support.
• Engage in community health activities and events.
