About The Role

PGY-3 are welcome to apply! We are seeking a Physician to join our team as an Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician at Cornell Scott–Hill Health Center. As one of the nation’s oldest community health centers, we are deeply committed to delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care to the communities we serve. Our Physicians, APRNs, and PAs work collaboratively to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

We offer opportunities to teach Yale residents and medical students—with corresponding clinical faculty appointments—as well as the option to incorporate Telehealth into your practice. With multiple locations throughout New Haven County, you’ll find a setting that aligns with your professional interests and lifestyle.

The Internal Medicine Physician provides high‑quality, evidence‑based medical care using sound clinical judgment and best‑practice standards. This role delivers care within the full scope of licensure, training, and credentialing. Experience with pain management and EPIC is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A passion for serving underserved populations is essential.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Degree from an accredited Medical School. Documented completion of Residency training from an accredited institution. CPR Certification is required.
• Experience: Board Certification or Board Eligibility. (Board certification must be attained within the timeframe dictated by one’s specialty in order to remain on staff at the CS-HHC if one was originally board‑eligible at the time of one’s hire.) Connecticut Licensure. Admitting privileges at Yale‑New Haven Hospital, HSR, and/or Griffin Hospital as indicated.
