Physician Opportunity: Hormone Replacement Therapy & Preventive Longevity Medicine
HormoneSynergy® Longevity Medicine in Lake Oswego, Oregon is looking for one or two experienced ND, MD, or DO physicians who want a different way to practice medicine.
The initial clinical focus is hormone replacement therapy for women and men, with the opportunity to expand into metabolic health, preventive cardiology, body composition, bone health, cognitive health, GLP-1 therapy, and broader preventive longevity medicine.
A major part of this opportunity is the chance to train directly with Dr. Kathryn Retzler, founder of HormoneSynergy®, who brings more than 25 years of clinical experience in hormone medicine, metabolic health, preventive cardiology, and healthy aging.
This is a W-2 employed physician opportunity that can begin part-time and grow into a substantial clinical role. Compensation is production-based and scales with the physician’s patient panel. Established-panel compensation can reach approximately $185,000 annually, and the production formula is uncapped.
HormoneSynergy provides the existing patient population, new-patient demand, clinical and administrative staff, scheduling, EMR, office facilities, laboratory coordination, marketing, operational systems, and established practice infrastructure. The physician does not need to build a practice from scratch.
We are particularly interested in physicians who are clinically thoughtful, evidence-minded, comfortable exercising independent judgment, and interested in practicing medicine without the volume and insurance pressures common in conventional healthcare.
Required: active unrestricted Oregon physician license, appropriate prescribing authority, and current DEA registration. Prior hormone-prescribing experience is strongly preferred.
