Requirements

• Doctorate of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, a minimum of a three-year accredited residency in family medicine, and state licensure
• Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
• Active DEA registration
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills – including strong judgment, professionalism and the ability to think on your feet, while delivering excellent patient care
• Open to flexible hours to meet patient needs
• A desire to work in an independent Physician owned practice
