Bay Area Community Health in Fremont, California is seeking a full-time Physician who wants more than a paycheck—an opportunity to influence clinical programs, mentor staff, and serve a diverse patient population.

You will evaluate patients, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, coordinate referrals and testing, and help implement new technologies while upholding HIPAA and delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program.
• Valid and current California Medical License.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Practice (Board Eligible candidates must become Board Certified within two years).
• Current DEA Registration.
• Current AHA-approved ACLS and/or CPR certification.

Pay:

• $233,280.00 - $270,418.18 per year

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

WHAT TO EXPECT EVERY DAY AS A PHYSICIAN:

Imagine beginning your morning by evaluating patients, diagnosing medical conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing preventive health education that can change lives for years to come. Throughout your day, you'll perform examinations, treatments, and minor surgical procedures while coordinating referrals, specialty care, laboratory testing, and follow-up services. You'll collaborate with fellow providers, mentor mid-level practitioners, participate in peer reviews, and help develop innovative clinical programs that improve patient outcomes. Between documenting care, supporting quality initiatives, training staff members, and helping implement new technologies, you'll play a key role in ensuring every patient receives exceptional care while contributing to the continued growth and success of Bay Area Community Health.

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU:

• Medical Degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Valid and current California Medical License

Preferred candidates will have at least one year of directly related experience, Community Health or Public Health experience, and bilingual abilities in Spanish or Mandarin.
