Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care seeks per diem physicians with adult and pediatric experience to join our Northwell partner network across Kingston, Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls and Fishkill.

Shifts are planned with a flexible schedule; you will float among centers. We offer mentorship, on-site support staff, and the opportunity to work within a rapidly expanding urgent care network.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• 1-2 years of experience in urgent care or emergency room setting treating all ages (6 months and older).
• Comfortable with minor procedures (suturing, casts, splints), reading EKGs and X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care to both adults and children in GoHealth Urgent Care centers.
• Perform minor procedures and point-of-care testing as needed.
• Collaborate with on-site Rad Techs, Medical Assistants and Scribes to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Flexibly rotate across Kingston, Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls and Fishkill to cover shifts.

Pay: $135/hour - $165/hour (experience-based range)

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Per Diem Physicians with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers.

Per Diem Providers must be willing to float around to the following centers for their scheduled shifts: Kingston, Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls, & Fishkill

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Physicians: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine

• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
