Job summary

Aria Community Health Center (ACHC) is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide medical services under the Medical Director's guidance, aligned with funding requirements and board policies. This Federally Qualified Health Center offers comprehensive care across medical, dental, and specialty services.

You will ensure high-quality patient care, help develop medical policies, and contribute to staff education while meeting federal/state program requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited medical school.
  • Must have a valid California License as a physician & surgeon or a Doctor of Osteopath.
  • Professional clinical experience in a specific area of practice (e.g., Pediatrician, Family Practice, Internal Medicine).
  • Board certification or eligibility highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Assume quality of care for patients under physician’s direct or indirect care.
  • Adheres to the highest standards of medical practice, ethics, and professionalism.
  • Assist Medical Director in establishing medical policies and quality improvement procedures.
  • Support changes in clinical areas to improve patient flow, records, billing, and appointments.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for patients and staff.
  • Supervise clinical support staff and ensure compliance with funding and board requirements.
