Job summary

The Primary Health Network is seeking a Family Physician for a part-time role (up to 29 hours per week) in Blair County, PA. Hybrid work may be available after 90 days, with remote scheduling determined by supervision and patient needs. This physician-led PHC seeks to balance clinical autonomy with collaboration and work-life harmony.

Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, PA license and DEA license required. EHR proficiency and willingness to mentor APPs are expected as a collaborator.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Current PA License; and Current DEA License.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records.
• Willingness to serve as a collaborating physician for Advance Practice Providers.
• Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.

Location and Hours of Positions.

Hybrid work may be available after 90 days for physicians meeting performance expectations. Remote work eligibility and scheduling are determined by the supervisor based on operational and patient care needs.
