Allegheny Health Network's Primary Care Institute in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking family physicians, geriatricians, and general internists for outpatient primary care openings. This opportunity features a value-based care model with access to extended care teams, including behavioral health, social work, dietitian, and CDE support across multiple Pittsburgh-area sites.

Board-certified/eligible, PA medical license, DEA and CPR certifications are required; sponsorship is available for select

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible/certified.
• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
• DEA and CPR Certification required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care in designated Pittsburgh-area sites.
• Collaborate with extended care teams to support patient care and care transitions.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a value-based model.
